FAQProduct InformationCan I add my own memorable dates?Yes, just select the date where you wish to enter text, a pop up window will appear complete and save. Public holidays can be added by selecting from the dropdown. Will I receive a proof of my calendar? No. The image you see on screen is what will be printed please check this carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for spelling errors. . Can I change the layout once I have started? You are able to change between layouts of the same size. What size of image do you recommend? You can upload images in JPEG format. Calendars are formatted for digital camera and standard photo print sizes (e.g. 6×4", 7×5" etc). Recommended image size is 3-6 megapixels for A4 and Slimline calendars, and 4-8 megapixels for A3 calendars. If you are scanning your old photos please use 150-200 dpi settings and save images as standard JPEG. If you upload an image that is too small for the space it may bitmap when enlarged or if you download an image from the internet it may be lo-res and could also bitmap. How accurate is your colour reproduction? To ensure we match as accurately as possible to your original digital photograph RGB or sRGB colour formats should be used. Due to the calibration your computer monitor the colour reproduction we achieve may not match the colour you see on your monitor. Colour reproduction is also effected by a mixture of images taken at different times in different conditions these could have a shift of colour hue, for example: indoor [poor light], outdoor [bright sunlight], night shots [flash], pictures taken after sunbathing and you are bright red. What printing method do you use?Depending on quantity ordered calendars are either printed on hi-end digital printers or lithographically printed both in full colour (CMYK) process. Our machines are colour calibrated each day. We do not use photocopiers.
